MMA
Are there really more injuries or deaths from sanctioned MMA than Pro Wrestling? Pro Wrestling is a fake sport, it is simply good acting on the pro wrestlers part. Yes they practice, they practice though how it will play out. So yes pro wrestling may have more injuries but they are acting and are willing to get hurt. The MMA test for steroids, and all I know is that Pro Wrestling they do know that they are on steroids so they let them go. I think both MMA and Pro Wrestling has very harmful messages to the young people in our society, the kids that watch that think it would be fun to try that. They also think this would be a good way to learn for self defense. Self defense could be learned in another way other than the MMA or Pro Wrestling. It could also make them think they would have better social status. All these things are not great things to show our kids of today.

Values
The five values that are applicable in my life are Time and control, Change, Morals, External Conformity, Achievement. Time and control is a value that most of us have because mostly everyone has time management and when things need to get done. Change is another value that I use because change happens all the time during peoples lives whether it is moving, going to a new school, or a change in your daily routine. Morals are important to me because it is a judgment of what is good, bad, right or what is wrong. External conformity is the idea of just going with the flow, this I do in my daily life I would rather just sit back and take orders from someone else than just telling someone to do something. The last thing is achievement this is a huge value most everyone wants to achieve at something, so you can say you at least tried to achieve something in your life.

Card Game
So recently our class played a card game called Barnga! I would describe the game in one word frustrating. At the beginning of the game we split into groups and then read the directions and started playing then later on we would switch some members to different teams. I realized something was wrong when I was put into a different group and someone was playing by different rules, we couldn't talk so it became very frustrating. I thought that maybe I read the directions and that was why my teammates were playing different. Not being able to speak was very difficult, therefore made me very confused. The card game taught me that culture can be very confusing to understand if you can't speak there language.
